Please do allow 3-5 days for orders to be processed at our central processing facilities before the order can be dispatched. Generally we ship goods via registered air mail, which takes about 15 - 25 days to most countries in the world. Sometimes the processing time may lengthened due to of the customs clearance, border restrictions and third-party logistic delays. So you can't cancel your order after we ship it out.
