SHIPPING POLICY

We ship orders using Registered Air Mail and/or FedEx/DHL/UPS Express. The amount charge depends on total weight of merchandise. Orders will ship in 3 business days after receiving your payment. Orders require 10-25 business days for delivery after it ships depending on its destination.

NOTE: We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping time as it may take 3-5 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for Registered Air Mail, DHL, FedEx or UPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact your local Post Office, DHL, FedEx or UPS. We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if the Registered Air Mail, DHL, UPS or FedEx fails to meet their guaranteed shipping time, thus please choose Express Options at your own discretion.

Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order ships. All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact your local Post Office, DHL, FedEx or UPS in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to change the address of your order. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

We do not refund shipping charges for orders returned.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers (outside of China) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country’s customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries as listed below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country’s customs clearance processes.
